On Tuesday, 17th June BigPurplePhone experienced errors on our system, which affected some customers. By 11.30am most of those affected were restored back to full operation. Throughout the afternoon we worked with remaining customers to assist them to restart their phones. As of 8pm AEST all were confirmed as back to operational.
We take the stability of our systems very seriously and have put in place additional measures to ensure this error will not be repeated. We apologise profusely for the inconvenience this has undoubtedly caused our customers.
